Duties with Respect to All Improvements. PECO will supervise all Improvement projects, such supervision to include, but not be limited to, preparation of budgets, plans, bidding, subcontractor selection, material selection, job supervision, collection of lien waivers, sworn statements, affidavits and the like. PECO shall require such lien waivers, sworn statements, affidavits and similar documentation as a condition to disbursement.
