Manager will perform the following duties with respect to New Construction and Redevelopments: (1) Provide Owner with a budget for each Improvement to be built prior to beginning construction of the respective Improvement. (2) Meet on a regular basis with Owner’s leasing agents and representatives of prospective tenants. (3) Arrange for, coordinate, supervise and advise the Owner with respect to various development services prior to design and construction of the Project, including due diligence, site investigations, land use and zoning matters, and similar development services.
