Duties with Respect to the Basic Documents. The Master Servicer shall perform all its duties and the duties of the Trust under the Basic Documents. In addition, the Master Servicer shall consult with the Owner Trustee as the Master Servicer deems appropriate regarding the duties of the Trust under the Basic Documents.
