Duty Free Lunch Whenever practicable, classroom teachers shall receive a duty-free lunch of 20 minutes and other employees in the unit shall receive 30 minutes.
Duty-Free Lunch Period All teachers shall be entitled to a thirty-five (35) minute duty free lunch period.
Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.
