Duty to Account for Tax. (a) When the Trustee receives from a Participant who has directed him to transfer the ownership of his Scheme Shares to him at any time before the Release Date the sum calculated in accordance with Rule 8 (b) (iii) above, it shall account to the Revenue Commissioners for that sum.
