Duty to Act in the Best Interest of the Company. Executive shall not act in any manner, directly or indirectly, which may damage the business of the Company or its affiliates or which would adversely affect the goodwill, reputation or business relations of the Company or its affiliates with their customers, the public generally or with any of their other employees.
