Duty to Avoid. Each Party shall take all reasonable measures to anticipate and avoid Force Majeure events, wherever possible, and keep the other fully informed of all potential Force Majeure situations, particularly potential strikes and labour disturbances, to enable the Parties to consult and endeavour to take steps to mitigate their effect on the Work.
