Common use of Duty to Coordinate Clause in Contracts

Duty to Coordinate. Nothing in the Contract Documents creates or will create any duty on the part of the Owner to coordinate the Work with the work of the Construction Manager, other Contractors or subcontractors. Construction Manager and all other Contractors and subcontractors will coordinate all work with others so as to facilitate the general progress of the Project.
