Duty to Keep Confidential CliniSync Technical Information. Except as required by Laws, Participant will keep confidential and not disclose to any third parties, and will ensure that its Authorized Users keep confidential and do not disclose to any third parties, user identifications, account numbers, account profiles, used in connection with or gathered or processed by CliniSync or the Licensed Software.
