Common use of Duty to keep current license Clause in Contracts

Duty to keep current license. Vendor shall maintain in current status all federal, state and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of services under the contract. Region 4 ESC reserves the right to stop work and/or cancel the contract of any vendor whose license(s) expire, lapse, are suspended or terminated.
