Duty to Notify the Company and Third Parties. During your employment with the Company or a subsidiary of the Company and for a period of 12 months after your termination of employment from the Company or a subsidiary of the Company, you shall communicate any post-employment obligations under this Agreement to each subsequent employer. You also authorize the Company to notify third parties, including without limitation, customers and actual or potential employers, of the terms of this Agreement and your obligations hereunder upon your separation from the Company or your separation from employment with any subsequent employer during the Covenant Restricted Period, by providing a copy of this Agreement or otherwise.
