Duty to Perform during Claim Process. Developer and its subcontractors shall continue to perform its Work under the Contract, including the Disputed Work, and shall not cause a delay of the Work during any dispute, claim, negotiation, mediation, or arbitration proceeding, except by written agreement by the District.
