Duty to Reimburse. The terminated or resigning Master Servicer will reimburse the Trustee (or the Trustee will be reimbursed from the Trust Fund as Other Trust Expenses if the Master Servicer is unable to fulfill its obligations as such under the Trust Documents) for all costs associated with the transfer of servicing, including any costs or expenses associated with the complete transfer of all servicing data and the completion or correction of such servicing information as may be required by the Trustee to rectify any errors or insufficiencies in the servicing information or to enable the Trustee to service the Mortgage Loans properly and effectively.
