Common use of DWR Power Clause in Contracts

DWR Power. During the term of this Agreement, the electric power and energy, including but not limited to capacity, and output, or any of them from the Contracts delivered to retail end-use customers in Utility's service area shall constitute DWR Power for all purposes of the Servicing Arrangement. Utility shall arrange for transmission service to accommodate surplus sales to the extent that transmission service is available and cost effective, all as further provided in Exhibit A.
