DX Units Replacement. General This FIM addresses older & inefficient HVAC equipment by replacing existing decentralized unitary DX HVAC equipment (split systems (SS)) with new higher-efficiency equipment, as listed in Table 2.1. The new HVAC equipment will be approximately the same cooling capacity as the existing units. Refer to Attachment 5Schedule 1 FIMs for EER for of new equipment as well as savings calculations associated with this FIM.   • SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS 23.1 During the term of this Contract, Seller will fulfill Buyer's and Customer’s service and replacement parts requirements at the then current production price(s) under this Contract. If the Products are systems or modules, Seller will sell the components or parts that comprise the system or module at price(s) that will not, in the aggregate, exceed the price of the system or module less assembly costs.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Captions are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein. Appendix A Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, dated January 2014, attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract. Appendix B Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide), attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Emergency Replacement SAP may replace a Subprocessor without advance notice where the reason for the change is outside of SAP’s reasonable control and prompt replacement is required for security or other urgent reasons. In this case, SAP will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible following its appointment. Section 6.3 applies accordingly.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • CONDITIONS APPLICABLE PENDING TRANSFER As has already been referred to in this agreement, the common property will be owned and controlled by a body corporate for and on behalf of all owners including the purchaser. As the body corporate will only be established once the first transfer of a unit in the development has occurred, the Seller shall from the completion date and until the date of the establishment of the body corporate bear the rights and obligations of the body corporate. In this regard, during the period from the completion date until date of transfer, the following conditions shall apply:

  • Repair and Replacement Subject to obtaining prior written permission of the Authority and any instructions/specifications issued by the Authority, the Operator may if need so arises, replace or install any equipment or accessory for beyond the specifications inside or on the outside of the Contracted Buses. In the event the Operator replaces or installs any equipment or accessory in accordance with this provision, it shall ensure that such additional equipment or accessory is compatible with the existing bus components, parts, software, accessories, or equipment.

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.
