If no person or entity is eligible for settlement benefits under the provisions of Sections III.C through III.D.4 above, the n any parent of any Holder may come forward to claim the benefits for the Policy by submitting a Claim Form received by the Claim-In Date. Where more than one such person timely claims to be entitled to receive benefits associated with a Policy, the settlement benefits shall be distributed among such persons in the manner and using the procedures specified in Section III.
