E4 Confidential Information. Except to the extent set out in this clause or where disclosure or publication is expressly permitted elsewhere in this Contract, the Contractor shall treat all Confidential Information belonging to the Authority as confidential and shall not disclose any Confidential Information belonging to the Authority to any other person without the prior written consent of the Authority, except to such persons and to such extent as may be necessary for the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract.
