Common use of E6 Security Clause in Contracts

E6 Security. E6.1 Where the Services are delivered from the Client’s own premises, the Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of its own premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. When on the Client’s premises, the Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements. E6.2 The Contractor shall ensure that the Security Plan produced by the Contractor fully complies with the Security Policy.

E6.1 Where the Services are delivered from the Client’s Client‟s own premises, the Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of its own premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. When on the Client’s Client‟s premises, the Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements. E6.2 The Contractor shall ensure that the Security Plan produced by the Contractor fully complies with the Security Policy.
