E7 Intellectual Property Rights. Save as granted under this Framework Agreement, neither the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY nor the SERVICE PROVIDER shall acquire any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property rights vested in or licensed to the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY or the SERVICE PROVIDER prior to or independently of the performance by the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY or SERVICE PROVIDER of their obligations under this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract.
