E8 Intellectual Property Rights. E8.1 Save as granted under the Contract, neither the Authority nor the Contractor shall acquire any right, title or interest in the other’s Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights. The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority Data is the property of the Authority and the Authority hereby reserves all Intellectual Property Rights which may subsist in the Authority Data.
