Common use of Each Party Clause in Contracts

Each Party. 11.2.1 shall hold, and shall cause its Affiliates and the officers, directors, employees and agents of any of them to hold, all Confidential Information of the other Party in strict confidence, exercising at least the same degree of care that it applies to its own business sensitive and proprietary information; and 11.2.2 shall not disclose, and shall cause its Affiliates and the officers, directors, employees and agents of any of them to not disclose, the other Party’s Confidential Information to any other Person, except as expressly permitted in this Article 11.

Each Party. 11.2.1 (a) shall hold, and shall cause its Affiliates and the officers, directors, employees and agents of any of them to hold, all Confidential Information of the other Party in strict confidence, exercising at least the same degree of care that it applies to its own business sensitive and proprietary information; and 11.2.2 (b) shall not disclose, and shall cause its Affiliates and the officers, directors, employees and agents of any of them to not disclose, the other Party’s Confidential Information to any other Person, except as expressly permitted in this Article 11ARTICLE 10.
