Eagle Heights Occupancy Limitations. (1) One bedroom apartments may be assigned to couples without children, families with up to three members and to single applicants. Roommates are not allowed in one bedroom apartments. Families with more than three persons are not eligible to apply for or remain in a one-bedroom apartment.
