Eagle Heights Occupancy Limitations. (1) One bedroom apartments may be assigned to couples without children, families with up to three members and to single applicants. Roommates are not allowed in one bedroom apartments. Families with more than three persons are not eligible to apply for or remain in a one-bedroom apartment. (2) Two bedroom apartments may be assigned to families with one or more dependent children or other legal dependents; couples without children; families with up to five persons; and to eligible single applicants who may choose to reside alone or with one eligible roommate. Families with more than five persons are not eligible to apply for or remain in a two bedroom apartment. (3) Three bedroom and small three bedroom apartments may be assigned to families with two or more dependent children or other legal dependents, limited to seven persons. Large three bedroom and three bedroom townhouses may be assigned to families with two or more dependent children or other legal dependents, limited to eight persons.
