Early Amortization Period Notices. Promptly after the receipt by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee of notice of the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event with respect to Series 1997-1, the Trustee shall give notice (which notice shall in any event be given (by telephone or otherwise) not later than the second Business Day after such receipt) of such occurrence to (i) the Enhancement Provider and each Rating Agency and (ii) each VFC Certificateholder.
