Early Amortization Period Notices. Promptly after the receipt by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee of notice of the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event with respect to Series 1998-1, the Trustee shall give notice (which notice shall in any event be given (by telephone confirmed promptly in writing or otherwise in writing) not later than the second Business Day after such receipt) of such occurrence to (i) the Agent and the Rating Agency and (ii) each VFC Certificateholder.
