Early Arrivals. Written permission to arrive early may be permitted in certain limited circumstances. Please contact Student Housing and Community Services for more information.
Early Arrivals. Only residents registered in an approved University program that begins prior to their assigned Move‐In Date may apply for an early arrival. The early arrival date for the approved program must be approved by Residence Services management. Additional fees will apply for early arrival. Early arrivals for Spring term are not permitted. Before an early arrival for the Fall term will be considered, residents must have: • an emailed room offer; • paid all required deposits and fees; and • applied for an early arrival by the applicable deadline.
Early Arrivals. Early arrival accommodation authorizations are made on a case by case basis. A daily rate will be billed to the student's account if approved to move-in early. Please note that moving in early is not always possible as our facilities are often unavailable for a variety of reasons and may not be ready for early occupancy. All requests for early arrival should be directed to and approved in advance by the Director of Housing or the appointed designee.
Early Arrivals. Any Vessel arriving and submitting a Notice of Readiness prior to the date booked will be worked at the discretion of Tampa Electric; otherwise, the Vessel shall wait for the period set forth in the applicable Application Form. Vessels arriving or submitting a Notice of Readiness after the ETA set forth in the Application Form similarly will be worked at the discretion of Tampa Electric.
Early Arrivals. If a resident is required by a university department to participate in a specific university program prior to the check-in dates, the resident may submit a request for early arrival. Applications for early arrival can be found on the WU Housing Portal, and is subject to the Office of Residence Life and Housing's ability to accommodate early arrivals. Students who apply for early arrival may check in on the date they have been approved to do so. Students who arrive early without a sponsoring program, or an approved move in date will be charged an early arrival fee. Late Arrivals: University housing will cancel all room assignments for students who do not arrive by the second day of classes. If a student plans to arrive after the designated check-in dates, they must notify university housing in writing or by telephone prior to the designated check-in date.
Early Arrivals. Requests for early arrivals are discouraged unless extenuating circumstances necessitate additional move-in time, or the student is a part of an approved University program. Early arrivals must be approved by Residence Life & Housing. An additional per-day charge will be assessed for early occupancy.
Early Arrivals. In order to facilitate dock optimization, in the event a Vessel arrives at the customary anchorage or other waiting area for the Terminal prior to the start of the Confirmed Laycan Window for such Vessel, Enterprise reserves the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to order such Vessel to immediately transit to berth at a Dock. In the event Enterprise elects to exercise this option, Laytime calculations shall commence upon commencement of actual loading operations for such Vessel; provided, however, that all other Laytime related items shall be in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 7.2.
Early Arrivals. The University reserves the right to approve and permit early arrivals to campus housing for academic or co- curricular reasons that support the University’s mission or programs. All early arrival requests are reviewed and subject to approval by the Department of Residence Life. Check-in You are considered checked-in to your campus housing assignment when you receive your access to your assigned room. An assigned bed space will be held until 3:00 p.m. on the first Friday after classes begin each term. If you fail to check-in by this day and time, you will be considered to have cancelled your campus housing and will be subject to the cancellation policy in section 4 of this agreement. Room Changes You may change rooms only with authorization from the Department of Residence Life. Unauthorized room changes or failure to move out of a room when required may result in additional charges as determined by the Department of Residence Life.
Early Arrivals. All arrangements for early arrivals must be made in advance with (and confirmed in writing by) Great West Student Residences Management. Please note that there is no guarantee that early move-in requests will be granted.
Early Arrivals. Residents are able to occupy their rooms any time after the published Hall Opening Day designated by the College’s calendar, unless permitted otherwise by the Director of Residence Life or their designee (approved Early Arrivals are charged $25 per day). Should a resident be found in a college-managed residence prior to Hall Opening Day, they may be referred to the student conduct process and be charged $50 per hour.
