Common use of Early Dissolution Clause in Contracts

Early Dissolution. The first to occur of any of the following events is an "Early Termination Event", upon the occurrence of which the Trust shall be dissolved: (a) the occurrence of a Bankruptcy Event in respect of, or the dissolution or liquidation of, the Debenture Issuer or the Debenture Guarantor; (b) the written direction to the Property Trustee from the Depositor at any time (which direction is optional and wholly within the discretion of the Depositor) to dissolve the Trust and distribute a Like Amount of Debentures to Securityholders in exchange for the Trust Securities; (c) the redemption of all of the Trust Securities in connection with the redemption of all the Debentures; and (d) the entry of an order for dissolution of the Trust by a court of competent jurisdiction.

The first to occur of any of the following events is an "Early Termination Dissolution Event", " upon the occurrence of which the Trust shall be dissolved: (a) the occurrence of a Bankruptcy Event in respect of, or the dissolution or liquidation of, the Debenture Issuer or the Debenture GuarantorDepositor; (b) the delivery of written direction to the Property Trustee from by the Depositor at any time (which direction is wholly optional and wholly within the discretion of the Depositor) to dissolve the Trust and distribute a Like Amount of the Debentures to Securityholders in exchange for the Trust SecuritiesSecurities in accordance with SECTION 904; (c) the redemption of all of the Trust Securities in connection with the redemption of all of the Debentures; and (d) the entry of an order for dissolution of the Trust shall have been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
