Common use of Early Exercise Clause in Contracts

Early Exercise. The Optionee acknowledges that this is an early exercise of the Option with regard to 16,667 Shares and that in the event that the Optionee should terminate Employment prior to the dates indicated below, notwithstanding any other provisions hereto, the Company shall have the option to purchase such Shares at the Option Price.
