Early Prepayment Policy. In the event that (A) Purchaser paid a Service Release Premium in connection with the purchase of a Mortgage Loan and (B) such Mortgage Loan is prepaid in full within ninety (90) days after the related Purchase Date, Seller shall within ten (10) Business Days following receipt of written notice pay to Purchaser the full amount of such Service Release Premium, as applicable; provided, however, that Seller’s obligation to make any such payment shall not exist if the applicable Mortgage Loan was refinanced by Purchaser.
