Common use of Early Redemption Amounts Clause in Contracts

Early Redemption Amounts. For the purpose of paragraphs (a) and (c) above, each Ordinary Note will be redeemed at the Early Redemption Amount calculated as follows: (i) in the case of an Ordinary Note with a Final Redemption Amount equal to the Issue Price of the first Tranche of the Series, at the Final Redemption Amount thereof; or (ii) in the case of an Ordinary Note with a Final Redemption Amount which is or may be less or greater than the Issue Price of the first Tranche of the Series, at the amount specified in the applicable Final Terms or, if no such amount or manner is so specified in the applicable Final Terms, at its nominal amount.
