Common use of Early Redemption Notice Clause in Contracts

Early Redemption Notice. If the Issuer elects to redeem the Notes pursuant to clause (b), (c), (d) or (e) of this Condition 5, the Issuer shall give the Holders not less than 30 and not more than 60 days’ prior notice in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices) (an “Early Redemption Notice”), which notice shall be irrevocable and specify the date on which the Issuer shall redeem the Notes pursuant to such clause of this Condition 5 (such specified date, the “Early Redemption Date”).
