Early Redemption of Other Instruments. For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood that, if, upon the occurrence of a Tax Event, Regulatory Event, Change in Progressive Capital Component Requirement or Alignment Event, the Issuer elects not to early redeem the Notes pursuant to this Condition 5, nothing in this Condition 5 shall prohibit the Issuer from redeeming any other instruments issued by any member of the Group pursuant to the terms thereof.
