Early Redemption upon Rating Event. The Issuer may, at its option, redeem all (but not less than all) of the Trust Notes - Series 2017-A at any time upon or following the occurrence of a Rating Event on not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days prior notice to the Holders thereof, without the consent of the Holders. The redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the Trust Notes - Series 2017-A shall be equal to par plus $20 together with accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption.
