EARLY REPAYMENT OF LOAN. Once any of the following events occurs within the term of the Loan or the extended term thereof, and as requested by the Lender in writing, the Borrower shall be obliged to immediately pay the Loan early in full amount as per the terms set forth in Paragraph 4 of Article I hereof.
