Early ROW Acquisition Sample Clauses

Early ROW Acquisition. TxDOT shall notify the Developer if certain Project ROW parcels are scheduled to be acquired by Governmental Entities prior to issuance of the NTP. The Developer will be updated regularly on the status of the acquisition process for each parcel. After NTP, Developer shall be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of any remaining early Project ROW acquisition by other Government entities with the Project Schedule. Based on the status of each parcel, TxDOT may require the Developer to complete the acquisition of certain parcels.
