Early Termination and Prepayment. If a Primary Rental falls due on the date for which the Termination Sum is payable, the Primary Rental falling due on that date shall not be payable. If a Primary Rental falls due on the date for which any Prepayment Amount is payable, the Primary Rental falling due on that date shall not be payable (but without prejudice to paragraph 8).
