Common use of Early Termination by Company Clause in Contracts

Early Termination by Company. Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, in its entirety, upon written notice to UWMRF by at least six (6) months’ written notice prior to the effective date of termination; provided that in no event may the effective date of such termination precede the second anniversary of the Effective Date. Company will be responsible for any payments due to UWMRF pursuant to this Agreement, which payments obligations matured prior to the effective date of termination.
