Common use of EARLY TERMINATION BY LANDLORD Clause in Contracts

EARLY TERMINATION BY LANDLORD. Xxxxxx agrees that Xxxxxxxx may terminate the Lease prior to the lease expiration date and Xxxxxx agrees to vacate the Premises if the following conditions are met: X. Xxxxxxxx gives Tenant sixty (60) days written notice to vacate (in which case Tenant shall still owe rent through the sixty (60) day notice period); and B. Landlord pays to Tenant an amount of $ as compensation for disturbing Xxxxxx’s quiet enjoyment of the Premises and for the inconvenience of moving early. This credit will be applied to the Tenant account at the time the Tenant vacates the Premises and shall be included with any applicable security deposit refund. The foregoing shall not relieve the Tenant of his or her responsibilities and obligations regarding any damage to the property.
