Common use of Early Termination by Operator Clause in Contracts

Early Termination by Operator. Notwithstanding the other provisions of the Agreement, the Operator may at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default by the Customer which is continuing terminate the Agreement, by giving written notice of such termination to the Customer.
