Early Termination: Client’s Failure to Pay or Failure to Perform. In the event the Client fails to pay any amounts due and owing within thirty (30) days after such amounts are due, or fails to perform any of its other obligations under this Agreement or under any other written agreement between the Client and AEPC™, AEPC™ shall have the right to terminate this Agreement after providing written notice to the Client of such failure to perform and the passage of a thirty-day (30) period where such failure to perform per- sists. This Agreement shall be terminated effective as of the date of the Client’s receipt of a written notice from AEPC™ advising the Client of the termination. In connection with any such termination, the Client shall immediately pay all amounts due and owing by the Client through the date of termination of this Agreement and return of all equipment on loan to the Client under the Agreement.
