Early Termination of Employment. The Manager's Employment Period shall terminate without the Company providing sixty (60) days prior written notice as required under Section 3 hereof in the following circumstances: (a) the Manager's death; (b) at the option of the Company in the event of the Manager's Disability (as defined below); or (c) at the option of the Company for Cause (as defined below).
