Early Termination Without Cause. The Govenring Board may unilaterally and without cause or advance notice terminate this Agreement. In consideration of the Governing Board’s right to terminate this Agreement without cause, the Board shall pay to the Employee the remainder of his/her salary (based on any remaining calendared work days) for the term of this Agreement or for a period of three (3) month(s) following the effective date of termination, whichever is less.
