Common use of Earning Units Clause in Contracts

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on October 1, 2020 and ends on March 31, 2023 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on October January 1, 2020 2018 and ends on March December 31, 2023 2020 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on October April 1, 2020 2014 and ends on March December 31, 2023 2016 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on October January 1, 2020 2014 and ends on March December 31, 2023 2014 (“Performance Measurement Period”). The number of Units earned pursuant to this Grant Agreement is a function of the extent to which the corresponding Performance Goals described in the table below are achieved.

Earning Units.
