Common use of Earning Units Clause in Contracts

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on April 1, 2014 and ends on December 31, 2016 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on April January 1, 2014 2018 and ends on December 31, 2016 2020 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on April 1, 2014 2013 and ends on December 31, 2016 2015 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on April October 1, 2014 2020 and ends on December March 31, 2016 2023 (“Performance Measurement Period”).

Earning Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Grant Agreement, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive payment for the number of Units earned by the Grantee over the period that begins on April January 1, 2014 and ends on December 31, 2016 2014 (“Performance Measurement Period”). The number of Units earned pursuant to this Grant Agreement is a function of the extent to which the corresponding Performance Goals described in the table below are achieved.
