Each party agrees that all of the earnings and accumulations resulting from the other spouse's personal services, skills, efforts, work, and investment earnings, together with all property acquired or income derived from such sources, shall be the separate property of the party to whom the earnings and income are attributable, subject to other provisions of this Agreement.
