Common use of Earnings Information Clause in Contracts

Earnings Information. To make generally available to the Partnership’s security holders, and to deliver to the Underwriters, an earnings statement of the Partnership (which will satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act) covering a period of twelve months beginning after the effective date of the Registration Statement (as defined in Rule 158(c) under the Act) as soon as is reasonably practicable after the termination of such twelve-month period;

Earnings Information. To make generally available to the Partnership’s security holders, and to deliver to the UnderwritersRepresentatives, an earnings statement of the Partnership (which will satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act) covering a period of twelve months beginning after the effective date of the Registration Statement (as defined in Rule 158(c) under the Act) as soon as is reasonably practicable after the termination of such twelve-month periodperiod but in any case not later than December 10, 2009;

To make generally available to the Partnership’s security holders, and to deliver to the Underwriters, an earnings statement of the Partnership (which will satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act) covering a period of twelve months beginning after the “effective date date” of the Registration Statement (as defined in Rule 158(c) under the Act) as soon as is reasonably practicable after the termination of such twelve-month periodperiod but in any case not later than 18 months after the effective date of the Registration Statement;
