EARTHQUAKE ZONE. If the Property is located in the State of California, Owner has no actual knowledge that the Property is located within a delineated special studies zone (a zone that encompasses a potentially or recently active trace of an earthquake fault that is deemed by the state geologist to be sufficiently active and well defined enough to constitute a potential hazard to structures from surface fault or fault creep) under a Alquxxx-Xxxxxx Xxxcial Studies Zone Map, except (it will be assumed no known exceptions exist unless they are specified here): We are not in an earthquake zone.

EARTHQUAKE ZONE. Some or all of the Assets may be situated in an Earthquake Fault Zone under the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Earthquake Fault Zoning Act (California Public Resources Code Sections 2621-2630) and the construction or development on the Assets of any structure for human occupancy may be subject to the findings of a geologic report prepared by a geologist registered in California, unless such report is waived by the City or County of Los Angeles under the terms of said Act.

  • Earthquake If Lender requires earthquake Insurance, the amount of coverage will be equal to the greater of the following:
