Easement for Pipes and Water Storage Tank Facility. Lessee shall permit Lessor or its designees to erect, use, maintain and repair pipes, water storage tank facility, cables and wires, on or through the Premises as and to the extent that Lessor may or hereafter deem to be necessary or appropriate. All such work shall be done, so far as practicable, in such manner as to avoid interference with Lessee’s use of the Premises.
