Easement for Window Washing Systems. Declarant hereby declares for the benefit of each of the Owners, as an appurtenance to its respective Element, non-exclusive easements to use the window washing systems, if any, for window washing purposes, as well as for access to the exterior of the Building for repairs and maintenance, all subject to the consent of Office Owner in its sole discretion. The Owners agree to schedule their usage of the window washing systems, if any, through Office Owner to avoid scheduling conflicts.
