Easement Grants. (a) RCP, Bliss Sports and KAI hereby grant to the City a non-exclusive easement in such grantor’s respective interests in the Access and Parking Areas in order for the City and those of its tenants, subtenants, contractors, vendors, invitees, employees and licensees designated by the City from time to time (the “City Benefitted Parties”) to have rights of ingress, egress and parking on, over and across the Access and Parking Areas during the Easement Term.
