Common use of Easements; Reservation of Rights Clause in Contracts

Easements; Reservation of Rights. Unless the Premises constitute the entire Building, Landlord reserves the right to place in, under, over or through the Premises pipes, wires, lines and facilities serving other areas of the Property, provided that Landlord shall only do so in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's conduct of its business in the Premises.
