The landscape plans shall be developed to reflect the use of native plants and to revegetate disturbed areas within the East End Crossing to the fullest extent possible. Large masses or groupings of trees and shrubs shall be used whenever possible to create naturalistic plantings that have continuity and provide for genetic diversity and seasonal interest to the fullest extent possible. Developer shall coordinate the landscape plans with all other elements of work performed under the East End Crossing, including but not limited to final grading, turf establishment, SWM Best Management Practice (BMP) locations, highway clear zones and sight distances, storm drain and SWM BMP outfalls and cross-culvert outfalls, utilities, signing/lighting, Tunnel portals, and the location of earth reinforcement.
