EBITDA for Entertainment Group. Permit EBITDA, before any corporate overhead allocation, for the Obligors' entertainment group to be less than ($250,000) for the three month period ending December 31, 2006, or permit EBITDA, before the corporate overhead allocation, for the Obligors' entertainment group to be less than $0 for the three month period ending March 31, 2007 (for the avoidance of doubt, EBITDA before corporate overhead for the Obligors' entertainment group shall be calculated in the same manner as the sample budget attached as Schedule 7.03(h)).
